Day 2

Tuesday February 4th
Don't forget to rest.

I have to tell myself that.

Today was one of those days.

Not even associated with this training program I just hardly EVER go a day without exercising (besides Sundays). But occasionally I have to take the time to listen to my body and slow down if needed.
Now that that's out of the way...bring on tomorrow!
